Gaia Catalano

Gaia is excited to be joining the BOLD team as the Chief Integration Officer and Director of Operations.  Having worked in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse world in the past, she is a passionate believer in BOLD’s research-based approach to treatment backed by their unwavering integrity and commitment to the wellness of their patients.

Gaia’s diverse background, earning her Master’s degree as a Guidance Counselor and then going on to work for 3 medical start-up companies doing in-take coordination, medical billing, insurance verification, office management, operations, compliance, safety, and so much more, give her the experience to play a more central role at BOLD Health.  Her own personal experiences with the profound and devastating effects untreated mental health disorders and substance abuse can have on the family unit fuel her compassionate and empathetic approach to every individual she interacts with at BOLD.  She relies on her varied background to create an environment where she and the team are able to advocate for and support clients and their families, staff, and the company to be the best they can be.

In her personal time, Gaia is in constant pursuit of a BOLD and balanced life, spending time with her two amazing children, friends, and loved ones.  A true adventurer at heart, she is always looking for new places to travel to, live music to go see, and new experiences to have.
